Half Day Closing Dates for Protected Learning Time (PLT)

To improve the care we are able to offer our patients, the Practice will close from 1.30 pm on the following Wednesday afternoons to allow training and development of doctors, nurses and administrative staff.

Wednesday 12 September 2018

Wednesday 10 October 2018

Wednesday 14 November 2018

All patients in need of urgent advice or who require to see a doctor during PLT afternoons should telephone the usual surgery number – Tel 01224 562888.

An answering machine message will give you the telephone number for NHS 24 (Tel 111) who will offer advice and, if necessary, refer you to G-MED or the most appropriate service.

REMEMBER IN A LIFE THREATENING EMERGENCY YOU SHOULD STILL DIAL 999 AND ASK FOR AN AMBULANCE
